What is Fieldguard? Fieldguard is a solid balm stick that helps prevent chafing and skin irritation caused by friction. It goes on dry and smooth, so there's no mess and nothing greasy to rub in.

How do I use it? Apply it directly to your skin before you get dressed or head out for the day. Focus on the spots that usually give you trouble, like your thighs, underarms, or waistband. It only takes a few seconds and you can reapply anytime you need to.

What is it made of? It's formulated with plant based, skin safe ingredients and it's fragrance free. It's meant for external use only, so avoid applying it to broken or already irritated skin, and stop use if you notice any reaction.

Will it stain my clothes? No. It dries quickly and doesn't leave a greasy residue behind, so it shouldn't mark up your clothes.

How long does one stick last? That depends on how often you use it and how much you apply, but with regular daily use most people get a few weeks out of a single stick.

Should I get one or a multi pack? If you're trying it for the first time, one is a perfectly good way to start. A lot of people end up going with a bigger pack once they know it works for them, since it means less reordering.

Is this safe for sensitive skin? It's made to be gentle and fragrance free, but everyone's skin reacts a little differently. If you have particularly sensitive skin or any known allergies, we'd suggest doing a small patch test before using it more broadly.

How long will shipping take? Full details are on our shipping policy page, but in general, please allow a bit of time for processing and delivery since your order is prepared and shipped once you place it.

Can I return it if it's not for me? If it arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, reach out to us and we'll sort it out. For hygiene reasons we're not able to accept returns on balm that's already been opened or used, but we're happy to help if something genuinely went wrong with your order.

How do I track my order? Once your order ships you'll get an email with tracking information. If you ordered more than one item, you might receive more than one tracking number, since items can ship separately.

Do you ship internationally? US only for right now, we don't ship internationally at the moment. We're a small operation focused on getting it right domestically first, but that could change down the road.
